Due to the intimate nature of our products, we have specific policies in place to ensure the highest standards of hygiene, discretion, and customer service.

Returns & Exchanges

For health and hygiene reasons, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on the following items unless they arrive damaged or defective:

  • Adult toys (vibrators, dildos, plugs, etc.)

  • Intimate or personal-use items

  • Lingerie and intimate apparel

  • Lubricants, oils, or personal care products

  • Condoms and other sexual wellness products

  • Items marked “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable”

We do not resell returned intimate products to ensure every item remains 100% hygienic and safe.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or if you’ve received the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. To help us resolve the issue quickly, please include:

  • Your order number

  • A brief description of the problem

  • Clear photos or a video of the item and packaging

Once reviewed and approved, we’ll offer:

  • A replacement (if available)

  • A full refund

  • Store credit (optional)

We may request the return of the defective item before issuing a replacement or refund.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed back to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days. You’ll receive a confirmation once your refund has been issued.

Note: Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the issue was due to our error.

Order Cancellations

If you need to cancel your order, please contact us within 1 hour of placing it. After this period, we cannot guarantee cancellation as processing may have already begun.

Your privacy is important to us. All orders from Buyryte Store are shipped in plain, unmarked packaging with no indication of the contents or our brand on the outside.
